Maybe this is old news but I found out that when you cycle views with F7 you get an undocumented 'cinematic view' which is an unobstructed view with no VC or plane or nothing. I remember someone asking about such a view, well, here is it. However, you'll see no gauges... It's a nice panoramic view though. And you still have the HUD of course.When in the VC you can use Shift-F7 to get to the cinematic view at once, without having to cycle through them all. There is no way to assign a key to this view because it's not available on the key setup screen.

You can disable the HUD. I forgot what key it was...

If i press SHIFT F7 it cycles to the normal views, no cinematic...
