Trouble mapping middle mouse button

Featured Replies

Hey guys.I'm trying to map the middle mouse button to Mouse - View Direction (on) [defaut Space]. In the control setup screen, If I select Mouse Look as the control type, it won't recognize button 3 (middle mouse button). If I select Mouse Yoke as the control type, it does recognize the middle button and I save it. But it does not work in sim. I've checked to make sure this button is not mapped to anything else at the moment. Anybody have any ideas what's going on here and/or what I need to do to get this to work? Thanks.

You know after installing Ezdok my middle mouse button did what you are asking here. I don't know how or why.

The latest FSUIPC update, 4.804, offers registered users several facilities using the middle button and wheel including mouse look (hold button down whilst dragging mouse) and mouse viewpoint move (forward/back by wheeling, left/right by wheel side pressure). These are in addition to the use of the wheel for trimming, and they use the middle button double click or hold oerations to switch between the facilities when more than one are enabled.RegardsPete
