March 4, 201214 yr Recently completed a ferry flight from TNCM to TTPP in the MD-11 to pick up some cargo! Really enjoyed the flight and figured I'd share it with you! Please let me know your thoughts!Getting the aircraft prepared as some rain clouds loom in the distance:ATC keeps us climbing as we head directly up to FL390 and out over the deep blue!Our first sight of the island of Trinidad and Tobago!ATC turns us west to parallel the coast as we receive vectors and prepare for the ILS into Trinidad.Paralleling the coast as we are descended for the approach.A look back at the coast!On the ILS to runway 10, we see the resort town and the looming rain clouds that will soon hit the airport.Taxiing in.As we arrive at the ramp and shutdown, the rain hits the airport and we catch an Azul ERJ lining up for departure as the sun begins to set. We are awaiting our payload of unserviceable drilling equipment to arrive before we head off again in less then 2 hours!I hope you enjoyed the shots!
