737NGX Spoilers?

Featured Replies

Hi, I just think that there is a really really "issue" with the speed brakes. When you deploy then, and say you add a little left aileron, the right speed brakes comes down FULLY. It doesn't go halfway down or quarter way down no matter how little aileron you put in, so the spoilers are either fully up or fully down and nothing in the middle. Don't get me wrong the plane is fantastic and I'm sure this doesn't really bother most people.

Bos,What are you making this claim based on? The spoiler control logic was programmed from the actual Boeing engineering documents. We spent a lot of time on this.

Welcome to the forums. This must be the real thing. It is rather obvious; and it would have been seen through BETA testing before release or through the three updates so far if it was an error.EDIT: Ryan submitted his post while I was writing mine.

At 1:29 when the plane turns left, the spoilers don't move. But if you do the same in FSX, the spoilers go down completely.

The B737 has differential spoilers and it sounds like the sim is behaving correctly. The spoilers should retract on the up-moving wing if they are not in the FLIGHT position.
