March 6, 201214 yr Author Thanks kiwi, all and any............just been experimenting with all of my aircraft, pay-ware and default. I can see no taxi lights or landing light shinning on the space in front of my aircraft.

March 6, 201214 yr Author No it is not normal............I've been researching a bit (google) LOL. here is the problem, somehow when you click on a yoke to hide it, it will change a setting in the FS9 cfg file....That setting is suppose to read, see_self=1, if it says, see_self=0, then you will have this problem...also change this line to NUM_LIGHTS=8, instead of =6.........Here is the post that I found...............should solve your problem............it did mine............ http://forums.vatsim.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=60678
March 7, 201214 yr Hi Bob,Thanks for sharing the fix for this issue. A few years back I did a complete reinstall of FS9 because of said problem only to discover the cause a week or so later. Sorry I didn't come across your OP in time to help you, but a least you are not having to go the route I did and all is well.Regards,Mel
