March 9, 201214 yr Try this: jump in the icon at PHNL. Turn on the GPS and change declutter to level 2. You will see all the GPS waypoints and airspace steps shown - just like FSX.This means one of two things:1. It is there for future additions (I.e a working GPS and/or flight planner). :biggrin:Or;2. MS didn't bother to remove, it after stripping the meat from the FSX bones. Newbie. Since 2004....
March 9, 201214 yr I agree with the OP, all info seems to be there.But on the Icon the “GPS” or moving map is a toy at best; we have no control over it,and in my case, even with full zoom I can’t read anything on the display. We need undockable windows, so we can put that thing on a second monitor and at least be able to read it. Ramón. Time, is the one thing no one can buy.

The VC is nice, but when flying VFR you also have to look outside, and when doing so you have to adjust zoom. But then you can`t read the instruments.That is why i want G1000 in the planes, of course undockable.
