The problem i have is with the elevators every time i pull back at rotate there is a loud bang and the everything at the back of the aircraft jams. Really would like some help as it is a great piece of freeware.Michael I think the loud bang means that you hit the tail, A.K.A you just had a tail strike which may also explain why you can't move the tail anywhere. Perhaps try rotating slower and that should prevent a tail strike.

Really would like some help as it is a great piece of freeware.Michael Hello, Your probably not setting the aircraft up for takeoff properly. I use flaps 20 on the PMDG 744 and around 6.0 on the trim if that is a help? The reason you are getting a tail strike is because on your settings the aircraft is not setup for takeoff. Try my settings and report back eh? :) Dave Taylor
March 28, 201412 yr Use falps 20 and at 160 Knots beggin to rotate slowly, once airborn get gear up reduce throttle to Climb power and beggin to your flaps up operation, careful she'll accelerate very quickly so reduce throttle a bit until you get to 10.000 ft. Berlopez
