How to skip during a saved flight ?

After loaded a saved flight during cruise, it seems I can not skip the preflight, boarding, take off etc etc procedures.I skip to DESCENT process then I run the program but at this moment the FO start to the preflight procedure and so...?!Where am I wrong ?Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Richard Portier

Skip to descent, Run the descent brief, then do the checklist, DO NOT click "RUN PF" see if that helps.
