March 13, 201214 yr While flying the NGX, I noticed a small white box in the top left-hand corner. I happened to click on it once and I realized that it was a tiny window. I dragged it out to see what it was, and it turned out that it was just a blank, white panel. Since i couldn't close it, I tried to put it back in the corner, but it wouldn't go back as far as it was originally. Does anybody know what this little window is or how I can get rid of it?Thanks,boeing247 -Bram Osterhout
March 13, 201214 yr I'm afraid you can't remove it - its the window called "Light Sensor" and is part of NGX - all you can do is try and forget its there. :Waiting:dmb
March 13, 201214 yr As far as I know, this panel helps the plane to control the cockpit-lightning system. When you pull your mouse above this square, your frames will rise a bit (compared to the frames you have when using the mouse in the VC).I believe that PMDG could tell you a bit more about the sense of this little square!
March 13, 201214 yr Author I'd really just like to get it back in the corner. It's about 2-4 times larger now, and I can't resize it or push it back any further. -Bram Osterhout
