No altitude callouts when landing

This problem just started after I installed the service pack. On the last 2 flights when landing I get no call outs for altitude. I checked settings in fmc and all callouts are set correctly. Take off is ok I still get v speed callouts. Tom

Have you tried a different livery?If it does not work there either, try reinstalling...
