I was wondering if anyone can explain why FSX reloads.It doesn't seem to matter which aircraft I am flying with but randomly FSX screen reloads and then continues as normal. It can happen several times during a one or two hour flight, or it may not happen at all. I cannot be sure but it may be that this has started only since I am using a registered version of FSUIPC. It doesn't cause a crash just the screen reloading. I have some freeware scenery installed but this happens when I am flying outside of these areas.Running in Full Screen modeVista H.P. I had the same issues. My solution was to make sure indexing is turned on on the drive and then derfg. Its best to put your scenery on the outer part of the drive if your defrag utility allows you to . Wha La no more reloads.Josh
