When I get to the Before start proceedure the copilot always finds a door open he responses "we better check on this" he never returns so I am not moved to the before start checklist. I have gone to the doors and closed the door but still nothing happens.Any help is appreciated.Don Emerson

Bryan upps I think I flew a short flight with the cargo doors open. All is fixed now that I have relized there is a page 2 to doors. Check one up to Captain stupidCheers,Don

BrianI don't get crew help with the doors or the jetway.On the CFG I have ASE (N) Doors (yes) Gate Dep (yes) Gate arrival (yes) ASIDE-X (yes)But no doors are closed and I have to release from the jetway with control J. Is there a trigger to get the crew to close the doors and remove the jetway?Cheers,Don

Hi Don,Are you running the Pre-Flight events?Doors should close around Time Remaining plus 1 or thereabouts.The Jetway should retract as well around the same time.Best,
