Strange problem with Cirrus II console and FSX

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,I am using a PFC Cirrus II console for about 3 years now and suddenly tonight the aileron and elevator doesn’t seems to communicate with FSX. I am able to run the PFC start up test with success and I am also able to run, from the add-on menu in FSX the setting utility. From there I can calibrate and adjust both the elevator and the aileron, they both work perfectly. But when I go back to FSX and move the yoke, it is like FSX doesn’t know that they are there. But the rest of the button and the rudder work’s perfectly. It is like if both the aileron and elevator are disabled.I have tried deleting the PFCFSX config file and I restarted FSX with no success. I also replaced the PFCFSX. DLL file without any luck. The console seems to work find, it looks like FSX doesn’t see those to axis anymore.Any tips would be appreciatedThanks

I've been using a PFC console for more than 10 years ands have never seen that problem. I've had a few others and have always found PFC to be very helpful. Although they have recently introduced a sizeable charge for phone advice. Have you tried them by email?
