March 21, 201214 yr Would it be possible to get a fs2crew VC version or being able to choose between 2d and VC panel.I never use 2d panels and disable them by default as it slows my FPS when switching between 2d and 3d. VC is also much more realistic. NorbertHC-Noble Air Australiahttp://www.nobleair.net/
March 21, 201214 yr Commercial Member Hi Norbet,FS2Crew for the NGX consists of a single multi-gauge (only one gauge)... it makes no difference if you're in the 2D or VC.... the same single gauge will get loaded. You can fly in either the 2D or VC with no problems.Cheers, B. March 21, 201214 yr Author thanks Bryan for the quick reply. if this is the case, can installed fs2crew 2d panels be disabled, and or moved to VC panels?fs2crew installs 2d panels as per below; my aim is to have no 2d panels at all.[Window01]size_mm=1196, 56pixel_size=1196, 56position=0visible=0ident=1000zorder=100Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_MainPanel, 0,0,1196,56gauge01=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_Audio, 20,20,5,5[Window02]size_mm=866, 212pixel_size=866, 212position=4visible=0ident=1001zorder=101Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_AudioSetup, 0,0,866,66gauge01=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_PreFlight, 0,66,866,62gauge02=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_Pushback, 0,128,866,84[Window03]size_mm=681, 110pixel_size=681, 110position=6visible=0ident=2777zorder=102Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_Marshaller, 0,0,681,110[Window04]size_mm=284, 500pixel_size=284, 500position=6visible=0ident=1003zorder=103Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_PAPanel, 0,0,284,500[Window05]size_mm=309, 162pixel_size=309, 162position=6visible=0ident=1004zorder=104Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_FADialog, 0,0,309,162[Window06]size_mm=330, 725pixel_size=330, 725position=3visible=0ident=1005zorder=104Sizeable=0gauge00=FS2Crew2010VersionsPMDG737NGXGaugesFS2CrewNGXButton!FS2Crew_BriefPanel, 0,0,330,725 NorbertHC-Noble Air Australiahttp://www.nobleair.net/
March 21, 201214 yr Commercial Member Hi Norbert,Those panels are for use in the 2D and VC cockpit. They're separate windows. If you delete them, you won't have any FS2Crew Panels. And be careful if you start deleting PMDG stuff from the Panel.CFG to get rid of the 2D stuff.... You're in real test pilot territory there and you could make the NGX very unstable.Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
March 21, 201214 yr Author Hi Bryan, this is the way i used it since day one and have no problems with NGX. in 3 screen config 2d panels do not work very well in any case, disabling them improved my fps significantly.there is a trick though one must always leave the main panel there and change visible setting to 0. this way it never interferes and has no ill effect on NGX.anyway just a wish to have it brought into VC environment completely.thanks for your help.
