March 25, 201214 yr Hallo, first of all I´m sorry for my English, i´m from Germany.I´ve serious problem with my FS2Crew for the PMDG NGX. I installed the software as explained in the manual (after updating my PMDG NGX to SP1c). After that I enabled voice control ("SetPanelCfg_FSX.exe"), started the FSX, selected my PMDG 737 plane and suddenly my FSX crashed (see my problem signature below). And that happens every time after choosing any of the 737NGX planes. But when i disable voice control the plane loads without any problem. Enabling it again causes the same problem again. So it has to do something with the modified panelCfg?! Is that a known issue. Couldn´t find anything about that in the forum. So please could anyone help me!system configuration:Windows 7 64 bit, FSX + acceleration pack, a lot of addons (ASE, REX, PMDG 737NGX with SP1c installed, etc...)Thank you for your help!funktastik 77Problem signature:Problem Event Name: APPCRASHApplication Name: fsx.exeApplication Version: 10.0.61637.0Application Timestamp: 46fadb14Fault Module Name: FS2AUDIO.dllFault Module Version: 0.0.0.0Fault Module Timestamp: 4bb01ad3Exception Code: c0000005Exception Offset: 0004e134OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3Locale ID: 1031Additional information about the problem:LCID: 1031
March 25, 201214 yr Commercial Member I write manuals, but nobody reads them except me :( :Nerd:From the manual...TroubleshootingFS2Crew has years of experience developing flight simulation products. The following solutions can be used to solve problems you may experience.Problem: I'm getting a Crash to Desktop (CTD) when I load the host Aircraft, and the the error message refers to 'FS2AUDIO.DLL'.Solutions: If you have two sound cards running in parallel, disable one of them. If you are running any program in the background that that attempt to strip Digital Music Rights (DRM) from music, such as Tune Bite, Sound Taxi or Sound Bite, please disable them. They interfere with FS2Crew's Audio Engine. Some of these types of programs are legal in parts of Europe, but they are not legal in the United Sates. Re-install FS2Crew again, but do not click 'cancel' during the install. Wait for the install to finish. If using a Creative Labs X-Fi Extreme Audio Sound Card, uninstall the latest driver and re-install the original driver off the CD that came with your Sound Card. The latest driver conflicts with the FS2Crew Audio engine. Sometimes users have corrupt versions of the FSX.CFG file. Delete the FSX.CFG file. It will re-build automatically when you load FSX. Your FSX.CFG file is located here: Windows XP: Documents and Settings<username>Application DataMicrosoftFSXWindows Vista/ 7: Users<username>AppDataRoamingMicrosoftFSX B.
