2d Panels

Featured Replies

Hello I haven't got 737ngx, however considering to buy in the future. I've seen in some forums that PMDG plans to removing 2d panels. Is that true ? Will you remove 2d panels ? Cheers.

Yes, they will. Not on the NGX. It has it's 2D panels. But future developments (and "future" includes everything after the 737) won't have full 2D panels, like the forward, throttle and overhead panels. They will have some "auxiliary" ones, like the MCP, CDU, radios and other stuff.

Thank you very much Matheus. It is very good news indeed. For the future projects, offering only some auxiliary 2d panels are good idea as well. Cheers.

Be aware the NGX does NOT have a 2D throttle quadrent panel, if that is important to you before you buy it

But PMDG has now released their SDK ... soUsing the SDK, has anyone yet produced a "2D Throttle Quadrant Panel" for the 7373NGX.Lost of people were asking for one -- surely someone has created one by now -- should be a good demand ??
