March 27, 201214 yr I have read somewhere:"If you play offline, your game progress is saved and your Pilot Profile willsynchronize the next time you sign in with your Games for Windows –LIVE profile and password"But from the various messages from people who LOST part of their data after reinstalling Flight or installing it on another system, one can deduce that Flight SAVES yourACHIEVEMENTS (Live Profile/ACtivity) and STATS (https://microsoftfli...en-us/myflight/) withyour LIVE profile, but NOT your detailed PROGRESS (challenges etc...)!So you better SAVE regularly your detailed CAREER data which are here (together with your control settings) :C:UsersYourUserNameAppDataLocalMicrosoftFlightPlayersomeHEXcode('C0BF12FEA2F26E5E')CareerOtherwise you will have to redo all the challenges! This seems also necessary to synchronize between different computers.Guy
March 27, 201214 yr Very good tip Guy,I have made it a habit of saving a backup copy of those files every few days, to have " just in case".While I only run Flight on one pc, and always let it sign in to Live, I have seen others get bitten by getting some or all their stuff reset for various reasons, sometimes unknown... like most important data one has on their pc, having a backup is a good idea.
