April 10, 201214 yr Author If still need drivers and software for your MS force feedback2, check this site (it did work with me): http://www.fs-force.com/ Thanks for the link. But this driver is mostly for adding forces to the MS Force Feedback 2. I don't like these forces because most of these forces are not what you feel on the control wheel in the real aircraft. I keep my force feedback turned off. The reason I want the original drivers for my MS Force Feedback 2 is because I want to be able to access the original Control Panel so the I can record my actions to certain buttons on my joystick. Ken. yes it also applies to FS9 too. MSE is a separate program which can be downloaded from here: http://windows.micro...rity-essentials MSE does not come included with Windows 7,but is a free download nontheless. Suggest you install MSE first, then remove the Norton AV Good luck. Hi Jude, I think I already have the Microsoft security Essentials because it's listed in the the Control panel. So I assume I have the anti-virtus now. Thanks for the link. Ken.
April 10, 201214 yr Hi Manfred, I guess I should check but how do I make sure it's set at the hightest level? It may be already set there by default but I better make sure. Ken. Woops, I simply meant that you have all the latest Service Packs and updates installed. I think I meant that the settings should be so that the system automatically updates itself. Sometimes it isn't like that. Many people disagree but I find an updated windows firewall is much better than a good antivirus. Sry about the mistake. Manfred Manfred G. Ships are cooler that you think.
