I have the engines running when FSX is loaded. The Captain and Co-Pilot's displays are on and alive. I shut down the engines, After push back I start the engines. The Captain's displays are on and alive.

However, the Co-Pilot's displays are dark and not alive. This happens all the time. What am I doing incorrectly or what have I failed to do?
