I am new to fs2 crew and PMDG stuff, just got it after seeing awsome videos on them on youtube, now I got the 747 voice command edition for PMDG, now whatever I say it does not pick up, on the green bar thing even when I am not speaking it will say stuff like, Captain:Set, Captain: Ready, what does all that mean?, and it does not listen to most of my command, just once or twice when I say gear up/down it will do that, nothing else, I am using an integrated microphone on my laptop, do i need to purchase a sperate headseat with microphone? Any help will be appreciated.

Integrated micophone on your laptop could be dicey.

 

That'll probably pick everything coming out of your speakers.

 

I highly recommend a USB headset.

 

Also be sure to run the Voice Training.

Thanks for the reply, will try a usb headset, how many times do you recommend to run the voice training program in windows 7?
