On my new computer I have problems with a very big drop in framerate and stutters after using the 2D cockpit in cycle view. No solution on questions in the PMDG 737NGX forum. Since I use the CPFlight MCP, I never have to use the 2D view.

However, FS2Crew has to be started in 2D cockpit, so I have now a problem with FS2Crew!

 

Is there a workaround to avoid starting in 2D cockpit?

You can try starting in the VC.

 

If you do not get an "SDK error message" you'll be okay.

Yes I did get the SDK Error, but I am mixing up things.

What FS2Crew concerns: it works fine now :-)

Running the NGX and the voice version, I am starting in the VC all the time. No error message, and no issues.

Also, if you get the SDK error message, try "Resetting" your flight via the in game menu... that sometimes works.
