how can i configure the fscrew to start the electric power with ground power and not by the apu?

Check your PMs.

This is even a riddle for me, Bryan. I want wo start with cold&dark plane, connected to ground power. the APU should be started later before engine start.

Select EXT/AS or EXT/AC on the FS2Crew Config Panel... then press RUN PF events.

 

Manually start the APU when desired.
