April 21, 201214 yr Pilots, Im flying tutorial 2 so far so good. I am using REX 2.0 as weather engine and I wonder how I can find out data like winds aloft etc. The tutorial only refers to AS which I dont have. Any thoughts are appreciated. Nic
April 21, 201214 yr Open the main REX program (where you also configure the various options and themes). There should be a "weather" tab, where you can input the ICAO code of an airport and obtain various data, like winds at different altitudes. Fabrizio Sassi

April 21, 201214 yr Commercial Member Hit the Flight Planner tab in REX2/REX Overdrive - import the FSX flightplan made in FSBuild, fill out any missing fields - hit submit. On the next screen that shows the map - hit "WX LOG" - the information isn't as detailed as AS2012's is, hopefully REX Essential has more things like the winds aloft at waypoints and not just airports etc. You should have enough to be able to enter the basics though.
