April 21, 201214 yr I bought the Feelthere Citation X,also advertized by Wilco pub and the product seems to me to have various issues. I have posted several times in theire forum emit.com unfortunately the moderator there shuts my topic telling me to contact wilco???Wilco advertizes in theire front pages support forum is emit !!!??? And even link to it.They also have a support request form, which I have filled in severla times and sent to them last one April this year, regarding the Lights issue...Until now NO reply from theire development Technical team? The Citation X only works for me if I load it untraditionally, i.e. Directly from Fly Now...With out loading default flight. Then all systems and animations work, other wise the plane is a wet rag to fly.No systems work Appart from contacting them with a lights issue I just realized that my IRS windows are dark ( Dead) I've tried reinstalling to no avail I'm not a FMC flier, doubt it would work if I attempted? In any traditional or untraditional manner. What dissapoints me the most is the rudeness of the moderator at the forum "Stoopy" He is the rudest guy I have come accross. Can anyone suggest something? August 1, 201312 yr Author I cannot believe I don't get a reply from anyone out there regarding these issues with the Wilco CiationX I can't be the only one that has bought it. My FA stays still in the middle of the aisle throughout a flight, regardless of what the manual says it's behavoiur is supposed to be??? ...But! if I load the Ciatation X straight ( Meaning NOT loading my default aircraft Cessna 172) It Works by the book; But this is odd behaviour, contrary to what one is supposed to do when loading the sim/FSX??? I also own Legacy which uses the same type of animation and it Works pefectly there, Loading Legacy the way it's supposed to be. Berlopez
August 1, 201312 yr Did you check the support tab on the Wilco product page? And the Citation X is definitely a Feelthere development so I'd expect some professional replies from them as well. What happened to AVSIM
August 1, 201312 yr Author ollie4720: Thanks for your reply, as you can see when you look in this forum I have posted Sevral times regarding issue with the Ciation X; I wouldn't do this if Wilco feelThere had provided me with answers. I had an independant consultant contact me and try to help me with this and other issues with Wilco software I had purchased,i.e. Tilt Rotor which we fixed; then I mentioned the citation X issues and after several months he quit on me telling me to forget the F... FA! I wasn't impressed by the answer so I wrote back telling him that wasn't nessesary; Since then I haven't heard from him. I have filled SEVERAL Support requests, But it's like one gets an automated message, that they are looking into the issue; This has lasted more than 3 years. I even became a menber of Feelthere forums Emit and got nothing but insults and comment by theire moderator STUPPY Most frustrating! berlopez
August 1, 201312 yr Actually I was referring to the support section here: http://www.wilcopub.com/simulator-add-on/luxury-aircraft/citation-x-cessna-5348.html A few support items are handled there by Wilcopub (click on 'Support' tab). What happened to AVSIM
August 2, 201312 yr Author olli44740 Yes that's the support section and I have used and have filled in several forms, get back an e-mail that they will reply as soon as possible, I have waited years! for a reply, at least one I can use. As I said I even joined the forum,emit.com and got nothing out of it either. There a mix up ther at Wilco/ Feelthere which doesn't make sense. if send this support request there to Wilco I may get a message back saying that Cessna Citation X is a Feel there product, and if I send it to feelthere they say it's a Wilco product; Most confussing and disatisfying :( I have downloaded all the SP's they have issued for the C.X non have helped my issues, I have been told to reinstall it with adm. Right, done several times and nothing helps. The funny thing is I own Legacy since Fs9, updated it to FSX,unfortunately to SP2 where it lost the Landing and Taxi Lights and that Works by the book. Yet They sell Legacy as SP"compatible????I've been tryting to fix the Lights issue for years as well... Berlopez
August 2, 201312 yr Well, Feelthere developed some stuff they probably don't like to get reminded of (Boeing 777). And Wilco "upgraded" some Feelthere development without employing Feelthere anymore (the Wilco evolution upgrades to the Feelthere Airbus series). But this Citation case looks even more complicated ... What happened to AVSIM
August 2, 201312 yr There's an issue between FeelThere and Wilco, which is why I don't buy products from them. They both send consumers to the other's forum for assistance. No matter where you go it's hard to get help. Regards, Jeremy Chesney
August 2, 201312 yr Author Jetsflier is right it's like ping pong, but assistance doesn't arrive. I was pleawsed when the consultant began to help me!? but then it all turned into bad language, I'm not fuzzy, but an amount of descency can be expected, sinceI I told me I didn't like his tone, he has never replied Again? I am keeping away from Wilco/ feel there products and use my Money somewhere else. Berlopez

I also have sent this image to them via their support system and bnever got an answer.I have drawn lines depeicting the different light cast and spots. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86678990/Citaton%20X%20Lights.jpg
November 25, 201312 yr Author Apart from the issue pointed above I just discovered that my callouts don't play!??? They are located in the Set Up Utility...But they don't play, Not all of them?
November 25, 201312 yr Wilco products are not reliable. Ryzen 5 1600x - 16GB DDR4 - RTX 3050 8GB - MSI Gaming Plus
