April 22, 201214 yr Just bought the RealAir Turbine Duke. Awesome aircraft, however, I planned to use this with my cockpit setup which uses several GoFlight modules, etc. I am unable to use the MCP Autopliot or any combination of switches or buttons to get the engines to start. Seems the complex internal gauge system design does not make this possible. Just curious if anyone else has tried to use external physical switches, etc or found a way around this. Ron W
April 22, 201214 yr Hello There are some Lua scripts over at the Fsuipc forum http://forum.simflight.com/forum/143-user-contributions/
April 23, 201214 yr Author OK - thanks for the ideas. I did try to program FSUIPC also, however, no luck. Maybe this will get me there. Being kind of new at "hacking" aircraft files, I tried removing anything having to do with gauges, panels, etc, even changed the aircraft cfg file and copied over a lot of the default Kingair panel and gauge files in hopes I could get my external cockpit working with the Duke flight model. No luck there either. I am using a "glass cockpit" display from Project Magenta and GoFlight switches and hardware with Precision Yoke and Pedals. Makes it pretty challenging sometimes to get one of these sophisticated complex models to work though. Ron W
