Best 767 Add on ?

Featured Replies

Or the Aerosim one.

So that's CS, CLS, Level D and Aerosim who all make payware 767s for FSX.

Of those, the Level D one is the most accurate systems-wise, but it is the grimmest one graphically speaking, since it was modeled with consideration toward the FPS limitations FSX suffered at the time of its creation. That aside, it would be the one most people will recommend since its FMC feature modeling is very accurate indeed.

CS is the next most accurate one systems-wise, and shares the same decent graphics that most CS birds enjoy, but again like most CS birds, it has a few foibles which you might find yourself tweaking.

CLS is probably next in line systems-wise, and its graphically okay too, somewhat on the 'lite' side, but good fun.

Bringing up the rear would be Aerosim's, which is also unashamedly 'lite' as far as systems go, but is graphically very good. Like all Aerosim products however, it is pricey for what it is though.

If you like FS2Crew, then it is also worth noting that the Level D 767 is the one which has one of these available for it. And if you are interested in flying both the 757 and the 767 properly, then you might also want to check out this: http://secure.simmar...f-version.phtml

I'd strongly recommend ISG to use with the CLS 767, makes it very decent systemwise too.

Yup, ISG is the saving grace for Aerosim's birds too. It makes their 747 and 777 quite passable, but no less cheap of course, and I daresay it would help their 787 as well.
