April 26, 201214 yr Hi everyone I can't find in my cockpit of 737-800 the takeoff config light and cabin altitude light. Could you describe how to perform full oxygen test? please someone help and... please tell where is gyro caging control please.... and what is IFE galley power? what is IFE and Galley power? all the question are from fs2crew's pilot flying flow Andrew Kasperek
April 26, 201214 yr I didnt read what you said, I just wanted to comment on the topic title. Please, PLEASE make the topic title describe your topic. "I can't find..." is a very selfish topic title that forces everybody to read the topic to know what its about. Personally I never read threads with selfish topic titles like that. I know many other people that feels the same about it. Johan Pettersen
April 26, 201214 yr Commercial Member The takeoff config and cabin altitude lights are not present on all NGs - the airplane the NGX was based on didn't have them. The Oxygen Test is detailed in Tutorial #2. Gyro caging only applies if you have the analog standby instruments option selected. IFE and galley power is a switch on the overhead - IFE = "in flight entertainment", the passenger TVs etc. I'd suggest going through the tutorial flights and looking up any further questions in the extensive manuals we've provided... April 26, 201214 yr The older planes had a single galley power switch. The newer ones and converted older ones have a cabin/utility switch and a separate IFE switch. Tom Landry
