When calling the MCP check on the preflight checklist , the F/O does not confirm the correct heading ie if heading set to 269 . F/O calls some random heading that doesn't correspond.with what has been set. I trust this hasn't been raised previously , I did check.

Not a bug, assuming you're referring to the "Flight Instruments" challenge in the Pre Flight checklist.

 

He's reading the heading on his PFD (the actual aircraft heading).

 

He's 'not' reading the heading as entered in the MCP.

 

That's the way it's supposed to be for that challenge.
