Do you think maybe in a future update the feature of requesting information such as information about your arrival airport via the FMC would be able to added to the NGX? That would be awesome and very useful!

 

I am guessing the answer is going to probably be no, probably because the developers already reached the maximum capacity for what they can animate?

This would, of course, not be an animation.

 

Problem is, where would you get that info? What would you get, by that I mean, where do you set the limit what is ACARS feasible and what is not? How are you gonna deal with different ACARS functionality with different carriers?

 

For me, personally, best thing would be to set the FMC up for interaction with Hoppie's ACARS system. But that is for PMDG to decide.
