A very strange effect with my SaitekX35T/X36F USB joystick/throttle. After about 10-15 minutes of use it develops a 2-3 second time lag between moving an axis and the signal getting through to the sim. This is also confirmed by watching the axis movements in the Control Panel Game Controller window.

 

The associated Saitek rudder pedals work correctly throughout.

 

Behaviour returns to normal if I unplug and reconnect the joystick/throttle USB connector.

 

Anyone ever seen this? Any ideas?

Try switching an USB port. Put it into a mobo's "own" port, not into one which is controlled by an auxiliary USB chip.

Thanks, looks like the mobo own port fixed it.
