May 5, 201214 yr There are several checklists for normal procedures. They all asume that you are starting up from 'cold and dark'. A great example is the checklist designed by Michael Swannick I like to start from a panel state 'short stop' and would like to know which items from the normal procedure I can skip and which don't. Is there such a checklist? And where can I find it? Goof van den Biggelaar g
May 5, 201214 yr Author Ooops, It shouldn't be: 'short stop' panelstate but 'NGX SHORT' But I googled, and except buying fs2crew, I cannot find anything else. g

May 5, 201214 yr I'd roll the whole checklist. Not the whole "Pilot Actions" list, but "Checklist". Yes/No answers. Ideally you will have CHECKED all the items on the CHECKlist have been done and all the switches are in the position they should be in. There's no problem with saying "IRS - Alligned" and not having to switch anything on because it's been done. However "Obscure switch you always forget - Off" when it should be on WILL be a problem! And the Takeoff Warning horn sound coming on for no obvious reason at FL120 is always a downer when you realise you forgot to turn on the pressurization system and now have to stop your climb at FL140 and wait for the cabin to pressurize.
