Fs2crew and vista

Featured Replies

Hi everyone! I have been learning the ins and outs of the pmdg and I'm about ready to start doing some flights and I used to use the old 737 fscrew for the pmdg737 ng and I think I want this one too. The voice commands Look absolutely awesome and I would love to use them but my fs computer is still running vista 63 bit.. Do you think it would work okay on that? Just want to make sure before I spend the money but really looking forward to this. Thanks much for Amy help

Hi Matthew,

Vista 64 bits will work fine so long as you can set your speech recognizer to English - US.

If you have an English version Vista, that'll be no problem.

Otherwise you can use Vistalizator or upgrade to Vista Ultimate to be able to set your speech recognizer to English - US.

Or you can just use Button Control if you don't want to do that.

Cheers,

Hi Bryan!

Thank you so much for your reply. I actually went right ahead and bought the program right after your response and I have started messing around with it. So far it looks awesome. I have had no noticable problems and the voice is working perfect. So nice to have an extra pair of eyes in the cockpit and makes flying seem very real. Now I just need to consider GSX and I will be set. Once again, thank you so much and I'm a very happy pilot now.

As a side note, I have a been slowly learning how to fly the NGX but it is really difficult at times. Do you you know any good VA's or people who are willing to give training in this PMDG? thanks so much,

Matt
