Hi,

 

I'm experiencing problems in trying to save the panel state during the flight. For example, I'm saving flight via default FSX option "save flight", shut down the sim, then reload the sim and the flight and NGX appears with black displays, activation feature doesn't work (I mean the countdown 20,19...0) and nothign I can do about it. I cannot even load the panel state saved precautiously, because both FMC are dead.

 

I purchased the bird a week ago and I'm still learning it (I owned both old PMDG 737 and iFLy birds), No other software except for EZDOK, REX, UT and some sceneries installed, but I do not believe they might cause problems with save flight feature.

 

Your help would be much appreciated, since I don't see any possibility to use this great addon with saving my flights.

Yep just paused P and also set in slew mode Y and save the flight.

In this way you will freeze the situation and when you reload the situation you just to unpause then wait for the countdown and after hit Y.

The NGX doesn't like to reload more then two time so close FSX to reload session.

On a reload, the activaction counter doesn't show up - this is the reason why the panels remain black.

 

How important is to save flight in "slew mode"?

Ok, just finished the same test flight (quick climb from KTPA to FL250 with TPA-JFK flight loaded into FMC), the result is the same - the NGX doesn not activate on reload of the flight and this is the main issue.

 

The product was purchased legally a week ago and I have clean registry, no FS2Crew (yet), not anything above.

 

Help would be much appreiciated.

Update: the problem solved - FSBuild (which I used) generates faulty flightplans for NGX that cannot be recognized on the reload (have no idea why). Manual programming of the FMC solves the issue.
