VC FPS issue when moving the mouse still there ?

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if the VC fps issue still exsite with prepar3d compared to FSX when moving the mouse using complex airplanes like NGX, Duke ...etc ?

 

This is the worse issue in my system losing close to 7-10 FPS when the mouse is moved around the screen.

For me it's gone. Whether locked frames or unlimited my FPS doesn't change if the cursor is visible or invisible when it times out.
