What power supply are you running? Motherboard? Graphics Card?

Hello

Sounds like it is overheating, have you got a cable touching the CPU fan preventing it spinning.

First thing is to find out what the clicking noise is, most likely a fan issue either on the CPU or GPU

i just took a flashlight to the back of it and saw that one of the fans was trying to move so that narrows down the sounds do i try to unblock it?

Hello

Well it is obviously not working, so yes unblock it.

open up the case and check that ALL the fans are working, the machine will shut down if the CPU or GPU fans are obstructed and prevented from moving.

A fan that is sending an rpm signal back to the motherboard will make the MB shut down if prevented from spinning up.
