Good evening I have 737NGX you for FSX and it occurred to me to have to format my pcdue to technical problems and the link he had bought had already expired. Yesterday,5/7/2012 I bought the re-download the same plane in the hope of returning to have it onmy simulator and I was informed that the old link of the first purchase would be activeagain, but so far not received send the link to run the new installation. I am awaitingcontact from you. Thank you! if you want, I send e-mail the number of purchase to be no doubt. Thank you!

I think what you'll have to do is go to the PMDG website, then login to your account there. Once in, then go to the Support section therein, and create a Ticket. You should then get a Ticket No. which you keep for future reference. Within that Ticket you explain to PMDG that you need to re-download the 737NGX, and they will then look into your case.

 

They do NOT issue re-download links here.

Also note that The account you used to buy the plane is separate from the support system. You will need to register an account at http://support.precisionmanuals.com before opening a support ticket. Once that is done just open a ticket requesting a link for your extended download service and they will provide it.
