I've been trying to look around for some repaints of the Default C-172 with gear fairings and I found some, but I'm not sure how I can install them into the C-172 file with the Real Air 172 flight dynamics file, would it be the same as installing just another texture for any other plane? Or would it be incompatible because it'd be a the texture for the default C-172 only?

The FDE has no effect on what textures work on a aircraft.
