Well, I took a few moments to check out some of his other posts and from them I was able to make a guess that this wasn't just some fool who was too lazy to look, but might be someone with slightly different expectations of the product then the normal NGX user. If that was the case, then he would hopefully have found my answer useful and informative without finding it rude or condescending, and if I was mistaken and the NGX was well within his capabilities, then he wouldn't feel too slighted and would probably pass over my reply among all the others telling they exist.
