How do I add some power to the rudder of a plane?

 

Is it part of the aircraft.cfg parameters or in the air file?

 

If its the air file, what program do I need to edit that?

[flight_tuning]

....

rudder_effectiveness = 1.0

 

try 1.2 or 1.4
