I downloaded from Sim Market but am unable to read the instructions at the end of the download installer.

 

Can anyone send them to me in Word or Adobe format please?

Lodge a ticket with Simmarket if there is a problem with the download.

Basically it's just telling you that what you have to do is manually copy and paste the textures from the folder Level-D HD UPGRADE in your LeveldD aircraft folder to the texture folder for each repaint you have. Copy, paste and say yes when it asks you if you want to overwrite the old files.
