Hi! Does anyone know where can I get info on how big or small airplanes operate in danger zones/areas? (Take off / landings procedures)

I mean places under civil war or guerrilla factions that could put in danger airplanes that transport VIP passengers with Manpads, etc.

 

I cant find an old page that talk about this special procedures so I thought in to came here and ask!
