June 24, 201213 yr I had to format and reinstall XP this weekend. I am an original registered ASA user but remember ASE was a free upgrade to ASA users. Anyone know how to get an installer and replacement license key? I contacted 'official' support but no reply as of yet. I'm hoping HiFi hasn't gone belly up??? Last time I needed support response was so quick I couldn't believe it. Is Damian the only support person now?
