June 26, 201213 yr Is there a fs9.cfg tweak to display the OAT when using Shift+Z? We can already display average frame rates (Ave_Frame_Rate_Display=1), fractional minutes (Display_Fractional_Minutes=1), and wind direction/speed (WindDirectionAndSpeed=1,1). Is there a syntax for the OAT? TIA Regards, Dorian
June 26, 201213 yr Hi. I'd be interested in this too, for calibrating newly acqured aircraft and other odd bits and pieces. I currently do such work in windowed mode with afsd running alongside. If nobody knows of such a tweak, afsd is here: http://www.aero.sors.fr/afsd.html Cheers, D
June 26, 201213 yr Author If there isn't such a command, then yes, a pop-up gauge was the next possibility. Regards, Dorian
June 27, 201213 yr As most of my GA aircraft are normally aspirated, small piston props, an OAT Gauge installed in all my panels is essential... There are quite a few different gauges to use! I am terrified at the thought of Carburettor, and Pitot Tube, ice build-up....I need to know the outside air temp in advance! Paul... (With FS Panel Studio!)... :Bug: ...!
