June 28, 201213 yr Hi I have read that some users have extended there desktop on their iPad using AirPlay to be able to use the NGX fmc on their iPad using it as a touch screen. I purchased AirPlay yesterday and tried it out. Undocked the fmc window and dragged the fmc to the iPad, all good. When I try and use the fmc the main display does not display the changes when on the iPad, however when I drag the fmc window back to the main desktop the fmc display updates with the information inputted on the iPad. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Cheers
June 28, 201213 yr Well, I know it only works in windowed mode, but I suspect you know that as you must have been in windowed mode to drag it across? I also understand that when it does work there is quite a delay. I wasted my money on the darn thing. A shame the devs don't tell you it only works in windowed mode before parting with cash, if in fact it does work... June 29, 201213 yr The xDisplay by Splashtop (iPadAppStore) SOLVED the issue for me. It's quick in response, virtually no delays. I can press a button and almost immediately the Sim responds to my command. I tried AirDisplay and got a refund. As Rockliffe, all of the apps need to have the sim in windowed mode to work. cthiggin Tom Higginbotham Intel 4820K - OC'd 4.8 ghz / ASUS x79 Deluxe Premium MB, 16 gig Corsair Dominator ram, CorsairRM1000 PSU, Corsair H-105 Liquid, EVGA 770 Classified, 37" Samsung TV/Monitor, Samsung 840 EVO SSD 1TB, WD VRaptor, 1TB
