I just download and installed the PMDG 737NGX 600-700. I already had the 800-900 installed and updated to the latest version SP1c. Do I need to run the latest patch again?

No. All new downloads are the latest and greatest version as I understand it.

But still you could simply download the SP1c for the 600/700 (do NOT use the 800/900 SP version) again and do the update. You can't destroy anything as the installer will check if you have the current version and won't do anything if you have it.
