I want to re-install my MD-11 following bigger problems elsewhere. The original order was placed by Louise Olson and the order id was 117582 however installation will not validate the effort. I don't seem to be able to contact you for assistance.

Have you tried to open a support ticket on the website? That's the normal procedure when you are having registration issues. Its not advisable to post your order data in the forums.. You need to open an account (if you don't have one yet) in the support section of www.precisionmanuals.com to be able to open a support ticket.
