I purchased Madeira X today for FSX, But when i came to test it out this appeared;

 

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas what this issue could be ?

 

First thing I would do is look to see if some other file is conflicting. Do you have another AFCAD for the area for example?

 

As well visiting the developer (Aerosoft) with the issue is the best route to take. Aerosoft has a pretty good support forum.
