Did you use the automatic e-mail format option and send it or did you compose it yourself. Did you setup jdtllc.com to be excluded in your spam filtering at your pc or ISP? Have you checked your spam folders?

 

It should take about an hour or less unless the automatic registration pc is down.

 

You must be using the same e-mail address from which you placed your order and user name as well.

I always ordered a CD but you should have received an e-mail acknowledgement for your purchase. Paste that purchase acknowledgement into an e-mail to [email protected]. You can leave only the last four numbers of your credit card in the e-mail if in there as e-mail is not secure over the Internet. This is just a suggestion.

 

Your purchase acknowledgement might also contain a transaction number. If so include that.
