I have noticed that on the VC overhead panel the flood light is ON while on the 2D it's OFF the flood light control is OFF

 

How can it be ? what do I do wrong? :(

Hello.

 

I have the same thing; in my case it happens if I enable "Light Bloom" in my graphics settings, thouigh I'm quite happy to put up with that distraction for the sake of nicer graphics.
