What a software I can dowbnload to test how my RAM is running? I want to see how I can OC my RAM. My ram shows 667MHz but its 1600MHz RAM. I need to change that in the BIOS right?

Yes, you need to enter the numbers in bios.

Yes, the BIOS is where you will make the changes.

So in the BIOS I put 1600MHz put look what it shows in CPUID......667MHz

667MHz in the bus, but since it's Double Data Rate (DDRx) memory, the effective frequency is 2 x 667 = 1333MHz
